Our campaign is looking for interns who are committed to progressive change and looking to get involved in Virginia’s campaign politics. Interns will have the chance to become a part of our core operation as we work to win the Democratic nomination for Lieutenant Governor.
We are looking for interns who can assist in the following areas and tasks:
- Communications: Maintaining communications calendars, compiling press clips, creating social media content, writing copy for press and digital materials, assisting with digital media projects.
- Finance: Compiling fundraising lists, organizing data, identifying donors, planning and executing fundraising events.
- Political: Identifying community engagement opportunities, pursuing endorsements, scheduling events, managing volunteers, and researching policy.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all interns will work remotely, with the exception of infrequent, socially-distanced event opportunities. Hours are flexible and dependent on level of commitment.
